About Kevin Staley

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Political Science and History in 2015. Since then, I have pursued a career in project management, obtaining the CAPM and PMP certifications from the Project Management Institute. I am currently the Manager of Catalog Enrichment DIY at Wayfair, where I lead a team of merchandising associates and offshore vendors to improve the quality and accuracy of product content on the online platform as well as drive new features for supplier-self service on our Wayfair Partner tools In my previous role as an Assistant Program Manager at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I gained valuable experience in reviewing and recommending resource allocation for grant proposals, engaging in consultations with municipalities and vendors, and leading requirements gathering and stories writing for grant application software redesign. I utilized my skills in resource planning, data storytelling, and process improvement to enhance the analytical capabilities and user feedback of the MassWorks Infrastructure program. I am passionate about delivering high-quality projects that benefit the public and private sectors, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams that share the same vision and values.
