Blower door test reviewer for Residential construction. • Proficiency with standard testing on Grease Duct and captive Air Hood Systems, Life safety, Plumbing Underground, grease, and sanitary systems. • Residential and Commercial building inspections and plan reviewing. • Code Enforcement and violations in accordance with municipal code and Florida state statues. • Working with engineers, architects and building officials to coordinate and go over projects and code questions. • Performing underground, rough in, pressure tests, grease duct tests, capture tests, sanitary drains, re-pipe, sewer, gas inspections with trac pipe and galvanized systems, natural gas, propane, alterations, new single-family residence and commercial inspections and historic homes. • Working with homeowners, contractors, and owner builders on helping them with excellent customer service and achieving code compliance. • Proficient in permit application and workflow through HTE systems and Energov systems with iPad application IGinspect through Energov.
