I have over thirty years experience in the asphalt industry. I have worked in quarries, asphalt plants, refineries, terminals, Quality Control Labs, Quality Assurance Labs, Construction QC, Inspection, and various levels of Management. I worked as the Bituminous Branch Manager for Oklahoma Department of Transportation for almost 5 years, implementing several new specifications. I implemented Balanced Mix Design, BMD in the state with four pilot projects leading to 14 projects in 2022. I introduced Ground Tire Rubber and Aramid fibers to the 26 construction residencies. I am now working for CEC in OKC and Tulsa. I assist in asphalt concerns whenever I am able and help build a customer base. We are growing by adding asphalt mix designs and performance testing.
