With a background spanning FMCG, E-Commerce, Logistics, and Tobacco industries, I’ve led end-to-end recruitment strategies, employer branding, and hiring initiatives across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America. I’ve worked both as an individual contributor and as a team leader, managing huge teams of up to 16 recruiters. My experience includes: Executive & Senior Management hiring, Early Careers & Mass Hiring programs, Talent Mapping & Market Insights, Continuous Improvement & Recruitment Analytics Beyond Talent Acquisition, I’ve also had experience in Performance Management and Integrated Talent Development, including designing frameworks like “Growth at PMI” and building data-driven analytics to support employee development. My experience in PMO (Project Management Office) previously has helped me bridge the gap between strategy and execution — ensuring that talent programs are not only well-designed but also scalable and sustainable.
