I am an accomplished copywriter and creative director with over twenty-five years of experience working with some of the most well-known brands including GEICO, McDonald's, JC Penney, BMW, Tabasco, Miller Brewing Company and more. A proud Hispanic-American, I am a creative leader with an uncanny ability to find that sweet spot of ideas powerful enough to move the client’s business forward and creative enough to win major awards. I believing in lighting a fire without burning things down. Oh, and I listen. Very carefully. My passion is hiring and nurturing the next generation of creative leaders, then carving a path for them to have extraordinary careers. Upon assuming the role of Executive Creative Director at Moroch I was instrumental in implementing diversity initiatives in our vendors, our hires, and our promotions.
