My career has spanned roles in cloud administration, IT support, systems engineering, and digital development—giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to build and manage reliable, secure infrastructure. Currently, I work as a Cloud Administrator for the State of California’s Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety. I focus on automating cloud operations, streamlining onboarding workflows, and improving compliance using Microsoft technologies like Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, and the Graph API. These efforts have cut down manual workloads and reduced system errors by over 30%. In previous roles, I’ve led networking upgrades, developed automation for e-commerce and shipping processes, and helped integrate tools like Oracle NetSuite and Cisco Meraki into day-to-day operations.
