Oversight for electronic packaging design emphasizing Physics of Failure (PoF) approach to Design for Reliability (DFR). Representative to U of Maryland CALCE consortium. Experience with implementing programs for electronic component obsolescence management and anti-counterfeit mitigation. Project management experience leading design teams from concept development and proposal thru certification and entry into production and field service. Familiar with manufacturing fabrication and assembly processes, including sheet metal, brazing & soldering, bonding, PCB assembly and DFMA.
