I am a Digital Manufacturing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience across CAD design, production, quality and virtual operator training (VOT) content development. Currently working as a VOT Content Creator for General Motors (through RGBSI), I build virtual training modules using Vizendo Creator and Teamcenter while also driving automation initiatives through Python and Excel VBA.My background includes product development and CAD modelling (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX), shop floor support, process optimization, and quality assurance using CMM and other precision measurement tools.In my current role, I’ve delivered 27 VOT modules and 100 ECRs this year, achieved 99.98% internal first-time quality, contributed 20% of the total OpEx time savings, developed an in-house RPA tool (Python-based) and designed benchmark-quality modules appreciated across GM plants (including GM Korea stakeholders). I’m currently exploring AI integration into virtual training workflows and continuously upskilling in digital technologies (e.g. web scraping).I am now looking to take the next step as a Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Engineer where I can combine my VOT expertise, CAD skills, and automation mindset to deliver impactful solutions on a global scale.
