I am a conscientious and self-motivated Business Management graduate of the University of Brighton who loves a good bit of creative problem solving. I founded Catalyst Collective in my second year of university, working on it alongside my studies and utilising the information I was learning in a practical way.I am passionate about young people having equality of opportunity as I believe anyone should be allowed the means to be successful in whatever they choose to do, regardless of their background. I have worked towards this mission through my volunteering experiences with Citizens UK and the International Observatory of Rights, where I advocated for equality and worked with community leaders to enact change in my local area.My time as the student Boardmember at Capital City Colleges Group provided me with board-level experience planning corporate strategy and practicing effective communication with the senior leadership team.
