With 5+ years of experience in Sales and 10+ years of experience in Customer Service I have a strong foundation in customer retention, relationship building, administrative duties and account management in various retail, banking, non-profit and government environments. In 2013, I began my journey into blogging, content creation, website design and social medial management. As technology grew and transformed, so did my freelance career in digital media.
