About Keyler Lerchen

Here’s five quick things about me and my work. 1) I'm experienced in taking both automotive and aerospace programs from launch to production, planning/organizing/communicating with cross-functional teams to maintain a detailed timeline of all the projects/tasks required to do so. I take pleasure in monitoring and managing the multitude of elements that contribute to the completion of the manufacturing process. 2) I love, love, love automobiles. I've followed the progression of automobiles since I was a kid, always amazed at how they've continuously evolved and pushed the boundaries of modern technology. 3) I love every freaking thing about the engineering design process; the research, conceptualization, feasibility assessment, establishing design requirements, preliminary design, detailed design, production planning, tool design, and production. 4) I’m adventurous as heck. I’ve explored a volcano in Panama, I’ve snowboarded in the Rocky Mountains, I’ve chased the Northern Lights in Michigan. All these adventures have taught me lessons on strategic planning, risk management, and decision making. 5) I utilize a growth mindset. I welcome challenges and see them as learning opportunities. I view effort as a path to mastery.
