I am a catalyst of social change, impacting the worlds of workforce/talent development and DEIB. Currently, I serve as an Advisory Services Manager for an innovative consulting firm called Grads of Life under the Year Up organization. In the past I led our adult training program as a Program Manager, I worked with our enrollment team leading interviews and providing leadership for our admissions pipeline, and have expertise in financial management and accounting thru Investment Banking. Areas of Expertise: Project Management and Strategic Planning Organizational Development and Leadership Program Management & Cross Collaboration Design thinking & Facilitation Coaching & Professional Development Work I’ve done outside of my job to progress the socioeconomic and culture-shifting movement: Interviewed to provide expertise and wisdom on working with Opportunity Talent for a media campaign thru Grads of Life featured on Forbes; Designed and facilitated a career-development workshop using design-thinking in collaboration with consulting firm Accenture titled “Design Your Success”; Advised and Facilitated a city-wide civic engagement training day in Boston for over 300+ young adults for the Obama Foundation; Sat as a panelist for a civic engagement panel in San Francisco moderated by Black Lives Matter Activist Deray McKesson while also facilitating public service workshops with participants.
