About Keyoka Castro

I'm driven and committed to the helping profession, my experience in the helping profession consist of assisting people who struggle or are diagnosed with substance use, mental health and or behavioral health in understanding they are not alone. My work focuses on building a heathier you by targeting ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs around the stigmas of mental health, substance use and behavioral health. I believe in taking a collaborative approach specific to each persons needs in helping to set attainable goals and accomplishing such goals. I'm very passionate with regards to recovery, structure and gaining education and insight into ones experiences. I'm an experienced Clinician/Counselor/Therapist who has a history in the non profit industry.
