As a Manager (Operations & Business Development) at Hildur Functional Foods Private Limited I am passionate about promoting healthy and sustainable dairy and food products that benefit both consumers and the environment. I have nearly two decades of experience in the dairy and functional foods industries where I have executed the project from concept aligned procurement overseas and domestic realized commercial product for domestic and international market developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies established and maintained relationships with key clients and partners and negotiated and closed deals with major retailers and distributors. I have also contributed to the development and launch of new products such as ice creams with novel concept plant-based protein bars and probiotic drinks and supported the company's mission to create innovative and delicious dairy and functional foods that enhance wellness and nutrition. I have a strong knowledge of the dairy and functional foods market consumer trends and regulatory requirements as well as excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
