About Keyvan Varashk

Designer, Product Developer & Brand Builder with a deep understanding of Watchmaking I design more than just watches. I shape products, brands and experiences. With a background in graphic design and photography, I now work at the intersection of industrial design, product development and brand communication, specializing in contemporary timepieces. At Sternglas, I oversee the full lifecycle of our watch collections: from initial concept and design to technical development, supplier coordination, launch and post-launch optimization. My role bridges multiple disciplines including UX/UI, visual storytelling, packaging, content production and cross-team collaboration across marketing, service and retail. My passion for horology is both professional and academic: I’ve explored the cultural, historical and emotional dimensions of watchmaking in my academic work, and bring that depth into every design decision from material choice to typography. I believe great watches are more than instruments. They are designed experiences. My mission is to create timepieces that resonate emotionally, communicate visually, and perform functionally.
