As an IR & Corporate Legal at framas Indonesia, a leading manufacturer of plastic components for various industries, I work with the senior management and the board of directors to handle the legal aspects of the company's operations, contracts, and compliance. I also liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulators, auditors, investors, and media, to ensure the company's reputation and interests are protected and promoted. I have a bachelor law degree from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, where I focused on criminal law and gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the High Court DKI Jakarta. I am currently pursuing a master of laws degree at the same university, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in corporate law, governance, and ethics. I am passionate about learning and applying the best practices and standards in the legal field, and I aim to contribute to the development and improvement of the legal system in Indonesia.
