Background
About Khadija Ali
Hi there! I'm Khadija Ali, a junior Computer Science major at Boston University with a strong focus on creating inclusive and impactful tech spaces. As the Co-Founder and President of the BU Somali Student Association, I lead initiatives to build community and amplify underrepresented voices within STEM and beyond. This summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Microsoft x Cyborg Mobile as a New Technologists Intern, where I worked on developing a MERN-stack web application and integrating AI-driven features. It was an invaluable experience that taught me the full product cycle, from user research to prototyping and usability testing. Currently, I'm an Operations Lead for BU Spark! Hackathons, where I help bring together hundreds of students from across the country to innovate and tackle real-world problems. I’m excited to connect with like-minded individuals and continue leveraging technology to drive change and expand opportunities in the tech industry. Feel free to reach out!
