About Khadija Mustafa

I am a global business leader with over 25 years of experience in incubating, building, and scaling businesses. I have a broad frame of reference, gleaned from living, working, and traveling across 80 countries. My mission is to apply technology to change people's lives, improve society and solve high-value business problems. I've successfully driven GTM: global sales, business development, alliance/partner/channel ecosystem development, strategy & operations across numerous market verticals & geographies; directly generating and influencing multi-billion dollars in software/services/hardware revenue. I have transformed myself several times from high-performing sales executive to public sector health leader, from a Chief of Staff to being a leader in Microsoft's Surface devices and for the past 5 years led the Go-to-Market team for a cutting-edge AI business in the Industrial Metaverse. I have been entrusted to lead the business with the most valued global customers and partners including PwC and Pfizer, played an key role in one of MSFT's largest acquisitions (Skype), built the Health business across Middle East & Africa, drove business with the world's top hardware manufacturers (ODMs), led supply chain for Surface devices, and most recently headed AI Go-to-Market for Autonomous Systems at Microsoft. I am frequent public speaker on AI, diversity, and reskilling. Board & Advisory Member, steering committee co-lead for a senior Womens group at Microsoft as well as on the diversity council for the Technology & Research division. Have been recognized for consistent excellence at Microsoft, receiving 7 awards, including 4 Gold Star distinctions. In addition, was on the elite "Leadership Bench" High Potential program for 3 years running. Prior to Microsoft, I worked with several television broadcasting companies, the likes of CNN & NBC, worked in the non-profit world & led the development of an offshore software outsourcing division that spanned 3 continents. In my spare time, I am passionate about integrated health & nutrition & believe in the power of the body to naturally heal itself with the right guidance & often coach people.
