About Khadija Usmani

I am a freshmen at Arizona State University majoring in Medical Studies. In my previous years of high school, I have been a part of several clubs. These include Scorpion Squad, HOSA, Speech and Debate, Student Government and lastly National Honors Society. I'm passionate about research and medicine. They both strive to make ground breaking discoveries while also allowing to help thousands of people! I exhibit sensible, competitive as well as caring personality traits, and am always excited to learn and adapt to different environments. I have participated in Perry Initiative Outreach where I was able to attain valuable information from surgeons at Mayo Clinic while also getting to drill in bones, fake bones obviously and much more! Last summer I was a part of TGen Bio science Leadership Academy which has been an eye-opening experience for me which I will cherish forever. I am seeking to make connections and open gateways for myself for as many opportunities as possible.
