Since 2011, I have been a part of the Landmark Group, where I have had the opportunity to work across multiple departments and locations, assuming different roles and responsibilities.Year 2011 to 2012 – I have been actively involved in handling various operational activities, which include physical tasks such as receiving imported items, palletization, redistribution, exporting, and fostering team building. Year 2012-2014 - I was promoted to the position of WMS Import Coordinator within just one year. In this role, my responsibilities include generating appointments for Goods Receipt Note (GRN), verifying purchase orders (PO) with GRN, and tracking and monitoring inventory. Additionally, I am involved in data management related tasks.Year-2014-2016- Over the course of two years, I successfully advanced to the position of WMS Team Leader, where I now lead a team of four members and oversee all WMS operations. My main responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with the virus concept team to report stock details, updating status information, and ensuring timely goods receiving and dispatching to their respective destinations.Year 2016 to 2020, I achieved another promotion, this time as the Center WMS Team Leader. In this role, I assume responsibility for managing various warehouses, as well as overseeing the Documentation Department, Clearance Department, and Concept & Territory operations. This includes handling issues related to WMS, OBIE, ORMS, and Oracle systems. Additionally, I maintain a close collaboration with the IT department to swiftly address and resolve any arising concerns. Furthermore, I have successfully managed critical tasks like annual stock take and year-end activities.Year-2020 In 2023, I expanded my role to include additional responsibilities in Procurement and Finance. These responsibilities encompassed various tasks such as initiating Purchase Requests (PR), generating Local Purchase Orders (LPO), conducting rate negotiations with vendors, monitoring and tracking budgetary expenses, overseeing the management of consumables for RNA CDC and MEGA DC, ensuring accurate accounting with correct account codes, following up with Finance to ensure timely supplier payments, and monitoring and tracking outsourced manpower.
