I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from Ain Shams University and an ITIL certification, which enable me to apply legal and best practice frameworks to complex and challenging projects. With over ten years of experience in project management, I have successfully managed multiple large-scale and strategic projects, such as the implementation of a new billing system, the migration of a data center, and the launch of a cloud-based service. I have strong skills in customer support, service delivery, job analysis, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication. I am passionate about leading and empowering my team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving innovation and growth for Telecom Egypt.
