Brief summary of my career: I present my self as a Technical Office Manager expert at preparing & submitting the following items-Technical works - Study and analyze project’s contractual documents including BOQS, specification and drawings- coordinate architectural drawings with the other disciplines- preparing the detailed drawings according to the contractual documents- prepare the requests for information (RFI) if required- Issuing RFQ (Request for quotation) to all vendor and subcontractors- Check the market updates, review the approved materials in terms of cost, work closely with project procurement department for sake of reaching best suppliers- Review and identify the materials needed according to the contractual document and check for its compatibility with project specifications, in order to prepare submittal form to issue to get the consultant approval- coordinate with S/C the testes and the mock-ups if required according to the specifications, coordinate with the site to get the best location according to the site condition to be sure that mock-up cover several relations and cases- make internal inspection for the mock-ups, then invite the consultant and the client to inspect the mockup to get the approval- Commercial works - prepare all invoices (client - subcontractor- Executive)- prepare the quantity survey for all arrangement activities the cutting lists or cutting optimization in order to save the materials if required- prepare the S/C B.O.Q and prepare its contractual document and get the activity program in order to make the contract draft and review it on the management- make comparison between all S/C offers and negotiate with them to get the best technical offer with the best price- prepare the purchasing orders (local – foreign)- coordinate with the cost control team to update the project budget- preparing the requests for variation based on contractual evidences (RFI – CVI – SI – FCR)- prepare all progress reports (daily – weekly – monthly)- attending for progress & cost meetings with big experience with planning and cost control with big ability to coordinate with several technical office at several sites.
