In roles such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance Director at I-Score and Chief Transformation Officer at the National Bank of Egypt, I led strategic programs across core banking, IT governance, strategy, and information security. As Chairman and CEO of Aviation IT Company (AVIT) and Board Member at the Egyptian Banking System (EBC), I drove impactful transformations. My career also includes over 20 years with IBM-Egypt and IBM GMSR in Saudi Arabia, where I honed expertise in multinational team management and vendor negotiations.
