A Condition Monitoring Engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the field of Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil, and Gas. l am holding a Vibration Analyst Level IV ISO certificate from MOBIUS institute. Wide experience in a different large plant of oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries in EGYPT and GCC such as "SIDPEC, AMOC, ANRPC, GPC, MIDOR, E-LAB, BP ROO Iraq, Dragon Oil, GAZPROM IRAQ, GKPI, SABIC KSA, ARAMCO and National UAE petroleum companies". Extensive experience as a Condition Monitoring and Rotating Equipment Engineer undertaking projects in condition monitoring and machinery troubleshooting for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil and Gas installations, Facilities and Utility plants. I have implemented a large number of condition monitoring systems utilizing a wide range of software packages. I have also operated in all phases of a Condition Based Maintenance program including data collection, data analysis, diagnosis, reporting and interfacing with client maintenance departments. Proven track record in the operation and continuous improvement of Condition Monitoring and Condition-based Maintenance programs. Recently working as a Consultant which is part of a project team tasked with developing the maintenance strategy for an oil production facility, where I held responsible for the integration of condition monitoring into the maintenance organization and the introduction of new predictive maintenance techniques. Additionally, I have a wide range of skills and extensive experience in the commissioning, acceptance testing, troubleshooting of complex rotating machinery, field balancing and precision laser alignment. Recently I have used my condition monitoring and rotating equipment machinery experience to develop rotating equipment FMEA (Failure Mode and Effective Analysis), GMSs (Generic Maintenance Strategy), SMS's (Specific Maintenance Strategy) and PMRs (Planned Maintenance Routine) for the different plants in GCC and IRAQ region.
