I am in the Maintenance field Management Roles - as a Manager - since more than 10 years, in heavy industrial fields (Steel & sugar). Working since 1994 in the Industrial Maintenance field ~ 24 years Plant Mechanical Maintenance & Mechanical Repair ~ 16 years Maintenance Planning & Scheduling ~ 8 years As a highly effective and performance-focused senior level maintenance professional specialized in Industrial Plants and Equipment Maintenance, I bring 24 years’ accomplished experience in heavy industries, Steel & Sugar. I am well capable to handle the maintenance management including erection and commissioning in many industries FMCG, steel, cement, etc. Currently I am working with Egyptian Steel in Egypt since Feb 2016, in the position of Mechanical Maintenance Manager and in charge of Central Repair Department, and Deputy of Engineering Manager. Recently I was working with Rajhi Steel Company – Jeddah, KSA, since Dec 2012 for 3 years, I was leading operations of Mechanical Repair Department, as a Maintenance Repair Department Manager. Previously I had around 2 years stint with Sugar industry in SAVOLA Group as a Mechanical Maintenance Department Manager. My maintenance strengths were firstly built during the 16 years’ foundation experience with Alexandria National Iron & Steel Company, charting a growth path from Maintenance Planning Engineer passing through Mechanical Maintenance First Engineer in Rolling Mills, Mechanical Repair First Engineer for Rolling Mills, Flat Steel Mill, Flat Steel Service Centers, Mineral Jetty, DRI Plants & up-till Maintenance Planning Manager. I have demonstrated excellence in assuring reliability and performance of equipment, while managing all resources optimally to administer maintenance functions at controlled cost within deadlines.
