Key achievements include: WMS Implementation & In-Store Fulfillment: I spearheaded the successful implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) across all 100+ store locations. This foundational project transformed our stores into mini-distribution centers, handling all product movement and enabling us to fulfill online orders directly from any store. Strategic Scaling & Program Launch: I led the launch and expansion of our omni-channel fulfillment program, scaling it to 90+ locations and introducing critical services like BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store). To optimize this network, I rolled out an intelligent sourcing logic that significantly minimizes split shipments, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction. Operational Excellence & Financial Integrity: I am vigilant about performance, consistently maintaining stable, positive KPIs across store rejection rates, fulfillment speed, and final delivery times. In close partnership with Loss Prevention and Finance teams, I've developed robust SOPs and data flows that minimize shrink and ensure pinpoint accuracy in financial reporting.
