About Khaled Sabra

I am drawn to The Human Resources field as I believe in working within a field which ensures that everybody’s strength is put in the right place in order to have the maximum output with a commitment and consistent delivery. My current experience has prepared me well for a variety of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Organizational development and Talent management duties. I was lucky to have such diversity of knowledge and experience within my career track. I had to have very strong communication and negotiation skills as well as an ability to deliver complex information to wide range of people ranging from undergraduates till business unit directors and company project managers. Additionally, being proactive and taking responsibility for action without being prompted helped me achieve a lot of work activities and implement new HR applications.
