I am a Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Mechanical Power, with over two years of experience in supply chain planning, including production, capacity, materials, and supply planning.In my current role as Supply Planning Lead at Decathlon Egypt, I oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans to meet operations and supply chain objectives. My responsibilities include managing supply planning processes for five FG suppliers through Co-Manufacturing, and building business allocation strategies and plans.I am committed to optimizing supply chain processes through data analysis and a continuous improvement mindset. I am experienced in managing capacity and production planning, monitoring and improving KPIs, and building effective communication routines with customers and suppliers.I am a skilled user of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SAP APO, Power BI, Photoshop, and Google Data studio. Additionally, I am currently working on developing my data analysis skills using Python.I am passionate about the field of supply chain management and always looking to expand my skills and take on new challenges.
