About Khaled Utomo

Coming from a creative industry education and background, working in sales and marketing has always been my passion. This passion stems from the love and admiration I felt watching my mom, who, despite holding a full-time job, found ways to earn extra income by selling various ladies’ accessories (which she loved to wear) to her friends and networks. She was so successful at it because of several key principles that I hold dearly to this day in my sales activities. From her, I learned: Always understand how our products and services satisfy our customers. Continually communicate with customers to understand how our products and services help them. After understanding customer needs, always be creative in our offerings by presenting new products and services that can complement or enhance customers' lives. These principles drive me to become a better person both individually and professionally. I owe everything that brought me to this day and onto my next phase of life to her.
