As a System Program Manager at Nokia, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry to lead program planning and execution for New Hardware Introduction. I have a proven track record of balancing program plans with release schedules and feature priorities, ensuring successful delivery and quality targets are met. I also have expertise in change management, risk management, and quality management, as well as synchronizing deliveries across all contributing feature development teams and suppliers. Prior to this role, I was a Requirement Area Owner at Nokia, where I led the Radio Resource Management Performance Area team to ensure seamless feature planning and delivery. I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Communication Engineering from the University of Kassel and a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering and Technology from The German University in Cairo.
