With over 18 years of experience, an in-depth understanding of HR, Facilities, CSR Sectors, Brand activation, Project Implementation & Expansion, Impact Measurement, Budgeting and Governance. Started my career as Senior Analyst with NIPCCD and later took up the role of Senior Counsellor – Medical & Psychosocial Counselling, Monitoring & Providing health assistance for employees of KSTRC Mysore Division. After which, I moved from Mysore & join EduMedia India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager - CSR (Projects) from August eventually heading the entire CSR division. In 2015, I joined LXL Ideas Pvt, Ltd. as Sr. Manager for CSR, HR & Facilities. Important Assignment / Achievements’ during my Professional Career: Head skill development & Educational projects & consultative Support to Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ex Minister of Health and Family Welfare Govt. of India to his Constituency. Provided Educational consultative support to Mr. C. P. Joshi, former minister of Road Transport & Highway Govt. of India & head skill development projects (Nathdwara - Jaipur) to his Constituency. Head Capacity building & carrier development projects at Yeshwanthpur Constituency, in association with Ms. Shobha Karandlaje, Former minister of Power Govt of Karnataka. Provided technical input to a State level advocacy [Knowledge Commission Govt of Karnataka] on psycho social development programme to Students of Karnataka. Consultant advisor for Department of Collegiate Education, Govt of Karnataka for “Naipunya Nidhi” state level Skill development programme to all college youths of Karnataka. Head some of Asia’s largest School events, participation of approx 13 - 15 lakh students, Teacher & Parents. Successfully head skilled development, Civic awareness, Green campaign, community engagement & Health related projects that involve approx 5 lakh stakeholders.
