I am a Chartered Accountant, from the Institute of Chartererd Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Bachelors in Commerce from university of Karachi having experience of more than 10 years in audit and assurance services from KPMG Lower Gulf, KPMG in Qatar, KPMG Lower Gulf and KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co particularly in Financial Sector. I am working as Audit Manager in the Audit and Assurance department of the KPMG Lower Gulf and currently pursuing a career in financial sectors. Having been associated with this organization I have had an opportunity to lead statutory audits, review engagements and special assignments in Banking, other financial services like Non-Banking Finance Companies, Leasing, Mutual Funds Shipping, sectors. This exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a rich variety of work experience has provided me with an in-depth view of the key Business Processes, Risk Management procedures, Accounting and Internal Control systems, Corporate Governance and Regulatory as well as Accounting frameworks, Financial reporting, Internal Audit and Business & Financial Analysis skills, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, General Accounts, Fixed Asset and Inventory. Equally important, it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an effective and efficient manner. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, & other Accounting Software.
