About Khalid Ermilate
Since 2017, I have practiced Law as Attorney at the Bar of Brussels. As such, I focus mainly my practice on Litigation, Contracts, Real Estate and Administrative Law. Also specialized in all related matters to Public International Law - a subject that I had the opportunity to teach at University, I can provide tailored advice in this field, either to States/Institutions or individuals. As an insight experience in this field, I worked previously at the UNESCO in Paris, where I dealt mainly with issues related to the protection of cultural heritage in times of armed conflict and the Law of International Organizations. Interested in always preserving the human dimension inherent in all legal disputes, I paid attention to the concerns of the person/institution, and propose solutions based on a long-term perspective. I nevertheless understand the absolute necessity, in some cases, to adopt an exclusive litigation stand. In such circumstances, I advise my clients on how to achieve their objectives in the most efficient fashion.
