As a Co-Founder at KDDAD, I participate in all aspects of business development, from market research and finance to operations and marketing, ensuring that the company's vision is followed. I formulated the company's vision, goals, and objectives, hired and trained new employees, and created and monitored promotional approaches to increase sales and profit levels. I also addressed customer and quality issues, developed key operational initiatives to drive and maintain substantial business growth, and studied market trends to determine optimal pricing of services. I cultivated a forward-thinking, inclusive, and performance-oriented business culture to lead the company to success. I have a strong academic background in renewable energy engineering, industrial engineering, and English language and literature. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Alfred University in 2020, and also have a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma of Education in English Language and Literature from Concordia University. I have applied my engineering skills and knowledge to teaching and supervising undergraduate students at Alfred University, where I was a Teaching Assistant Professor for 1.5 years. I also have experience in business development, creativity, sales process, communication, analytical thinking, sales goals, technical skills, customer service, reporting, and problem-solving, as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee at Freelance for 7 months. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to environmental and social challenges, and I am motivated by learning new things and achieving positive outcomes.
