Nine years of experience working with youth, including five years as high school guidance counselor and four years as a college admissions counselor. Possess administrative services credential and completed two principal internships. Perform formal and walk-through classroom observations to provide feedback to teachers on lesson plans, classroom discipline, and student development. Assist administration with teacher interviewing process and class and student scheduling. Lead initiatives designed to improve school environment and provide educational and athletic opportunities to students. Communicate effectively with parents and teachers and identify solutions to school-wide issues. Promote individual responsibility and character development in student body. Goal:To obtain a leadership position that utilizes my education, internships, and counseling experience.
