As a telecom project coordinator, I manage the technical and operational aspects of various telecom projects, such as Telecom network infrastructure fiber optics, IBS, low current and fire alarm systems. I develop and supervise the work and callback schedules, oversee the operations technicians on site, maintain a smooth workflow, submit technical reports to clients, and ensure resource availability and allocation. I have successfully delivered multiple projects with high quality and efficiency, meeting the client's expectations and requirements. I have a strong background in telecommunications engineering, with a bachelor's degree from Mashreg University and several certifications in 5G, 4G, 2G, and 3G technologies. I have also worked as a telecom sales engineer at CTS Arabia and a telecom engineer at Kayan Specialized Co, where I gained valuable experience in site implementation, radio engineering, network planning and optimization, customer relationship management, and business development. I am proficient in telecom standards, such as 3GPP, and ITIL, and have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. I am passionate about learning and sharing new trends and innovations in the telecom industry, such as AI and Open RAN, low current, data centers and I have a large following on social media platforms, where I create and post engaging and informative content.
