Adapting to change My working life started in the State of Qatar, at a construction company with my father. I reached a point where I didn’t enjoy my work so decided to take a leap and move to the UK, embarking on a career in civil engineering. Adapting to change has been a big part of my life. It hasn’t always been easy and I’m proud to have taken the path I have, which led me to training as a Lean Consultant. Why am I telling you this? I always start the process by getting to know you and your company, visiting your factory floor and even completing tasks with your team members to really put myself in their shoes.
