About Khalid Youssef

Khalid's area of expertise lies in HR Strategy development, planning, and Employee Engagement. This includes the development of HR processes, tools, and metrics. Khalid has also worked on developing technical and behavioral competencies, succession planning, and leadership/employee assessment. Khalid joined Aon Hewitt in 2011. During this period, he worked on projects related to employee engagement, organization restructuring, and leadership assessment. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Khalid worked for Mercer Consulting for over 3 years as part of the HR Effectiveness team. In his prior experience, he worked on developing and designing HR strategies including HR structure, mandates/roles, as well as related technical and behavioral competencies whilst conducting HR current state assessments of time and cost allocations and HR SWOT analyses. Khalid also developed recruitment, performance management, training and career development processes, tools and metrics. He also conducted compensation analysis, job evaluation and development of job descriptions for several companies in the GCC. Khalid has project management experience for medium-sized HR projects and transformations. Khalid holds a Bachelors Degree Business Administration, from Cairo University, Egypt. He is Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation, iHRME, Arizona, USA.
