About Khalid Zeus Ramsammy

I build programs that shouldn't work on paper but do. 20 years turning strategy into execution at scale. Amazon retail launches, EV infrastructure rollouts, first international specialty stores. I'm the person who translates chaos into systems, manages the stakeholder circus, and delivers when timelines seem impossible. What I Actually Do: Launch complex programs across matrixed organizations. Build execution frameworks. Manage technical commissioning and electrical systems. Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity. Amazon Bar Raiser, which means I'm innately skeptical and challenge assumptions before they become expensive problems. Who I've Done It For: 11+ years at Amazon driving retail expansion and technology rollouts. Launched partnerships with Google, Samsung, Blackberry, Adidas, Audi."Complex stakeholder management" means keeping engineers, executives, and external partners aligned while moving fast. What Sets Me Apart: I don't just manage programs. I spot the problems no one's asking about yet. Technical depth in electrical systems and commissioning. 20+ years of pattern recognition. Comfortable being the person who says "this won't work" in the room before it becomes obvious to everyone else. If you're building something hard and need someone who gets energized by "impossible" timelines, let's talk!
