About Khalil Bryan

A Barbadian entrepreneur focused on using technology to improve outcomes, and I enjoy putting structure around ambiguity and driving those towards profitable outcomes. I have been involved in startup ventures in New York City since 2007 and in Barbados since 2010. I worked as a management consultant at PwC in NYC for 4 years, where I focused on project management and process improvement. From 2014 to 2022, I co-founded and ran Caribbean Transit Solutions (CaribbeanTSI.com), which provided on-demand and real-time information for buses and fleets of vehicles. My professional and startup experiences have given me expertise in strategy implementation, business development, marketing, startup financing, IT, and logistics. My professional experience has truly been built on a blend of business from my MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (Canada) and engineering from my undergraduate Computer Engineering degree from Howard University (Washington, DC). I appreciate new, innovative ideas and believe that while they are a great ingredient for entrepreneurs, focusing on execution and maintaining positivity are key to making entrepreneurial businesses a success. When I'm not behind a screen, you can find me kitesurfing, playing the guitar, or hiking.
