Overall 22 years of experience extensively involved in design, management, coordination, design review and construction of different complex projects; covering Hotels, airports, luxury residences, office buildings, mix-used complexes (retails/F&B, apartments buildings and villas), train and APM stations, universities and other types of buildings…in the GCC & the Middle east. Have the experience of client representative as senior design manager. As well as the experience of site construction works as site engineer with contractor and as Lead architect with consultant supervision team. Collaborated with large teams of skilled professionals from different disciplines/consultants, clients, end users, operators, and contractors to formulate the best design solutions and end product. Handled the preparation of several technical and financial proposals for different projects. Ability to carry on the execution of construction projects, from different position/angles and from concept design to implementation and supervision on site.
