As an experienced educator and leader with a passion for fostering growth, I specialise in designing and implementing strategic learning and development (L&D) initiatives that enhance both student performance and staff professional growth. With over 8 years of experience in international education, I have honed my skills in conducting learning needs analysis, leading professional development sessions, and creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments. In my current role as Head of Year 2 at Deira International School, I drive continuous improvement by evaluating training needs, collaborating with school leadership to implement data-driven interventions, and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere. Prior to this, I led innovative educational programmes at Arcadia School as the APEX & Learning Skills Lead, where I implemented inquiry-based learning strategies and spearheaded staff development to align with organisational goals. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to developing educators as effective trainers and mentors, equipping them to deliver high-quality instruction that drives student success. My leadership extends beyond the classroom, where I have also managed extracurricular initiatives and partnered with parents to create a holistic, inclusive learning environment.
