Background

About Kharisma Putri

Putri is a young-dynamic girl, and driven Indonesian Literature graduate from Universitas Padjadjaran, graduating cum laude with a GPA of 3.82. Her thesis, “Impoliteness of Characters' Speech in the Novel A+ by Ananda Putri as a Result of Authoritarian Parenting Style: A Pragmatic Study,” reflects her strong analytical skills and deep interest in language, communication, and human behavior. Her passion for literature began at an early age and evolved into nearly three years of hands-on experience in editorial leadership, proofreading, writing, and ghostwriting. As part of Penerbit Bukune and Pers Mahasiswa Pena Budaya, she crafted compelling blurbs, articles, and creative content—transforming ideas into impactful narratives with clarity and emotion. Beyond writing, Putri has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills through extensive involvement in event management since the age of 14. Her experiences range from serving in event organizing and wedding organizing teams to volunteering in large-scale projects such as bazaars, upgrading programs, gatherings, and meet-and-greet events. These roles strengthened her coordination skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Driven by curiosity and continuous learning, she expanded her career interest into the Human Resources field. Her journey began with Prabu Unpad 2023 and AZ Pro by Allianz, followed by an internship at PT Comtronics Systems just one week after graduation. Within a month, she earned the company’s trust and was promoted to a contract-based Human Capital Staff. She continues to grow professionally as part of Comnet, contributing with dedication and enthusiasm. Passionate about communication, people development, and organizational growth, Putri is always open to learning, collaboration, and new opportunities. Let’s connect.
