With over 15 years of dedication to advocacy and management, Have the privilege of working with the Norwegian Refugee Council ( NRC) for 12 years experiencing multiple posts up until the Area Program Manager. I've honed my expertise in stakeholder relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and partnership development. My tenure as a Women's Rights Advocate at Community reflects my commitment to social impact and aligns with my core values of equality and empowerment. At Pinnguaq, I embraced the mission of advancing STEAM education and brought a diverse perspective to the team, aiming to foster inclusive learning environments. Until August 2024, my role as a Universal Project Manager at Pinnguaq involved orchestrating STEAM educational projects to fruition, ensuring they adhered to established scopes, budgets, and timelines. This required meticulous planning, collaboration with a spectrum of STEAM professionals, and employing project management tools to enhance team efficiency. Our efforts were geared towards maximizing the impact of these educational initiatives, with transparent communication being pivotal in maintaining stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
