My role allows me to combine my passion for finance with a commitment to customer care, driving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With a Bachelor's in Commerce and a Master’s in Banking and Finance, I bring a strong academic foundation to my leadership position, which complements my practical experience in the customer service industry. The positions I’ve held throughout my career have honed my ability to adapt to ever-changing environments, work efficiently under pressure, and lead teams to success in challenging situations. I’m deeply passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences while continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
