About Khizer Kapadia

An experienced finance professional running private equity finance functions with a serious business partnering flair; overseeing the finance function and actively working on M&A transactions and portfolio management / value creation with the commercial team. My professional journey started in 2009 at PricewaterhouseCoopers which was followed by a stint at Unilever. Since then I have been engaged in a corporate finance role (FP & A, accounting, financial, management and regulatory reporting, treasury, M&A, strategic projects) ascending to the position of a Financial Controller at a leading investments firm / asset manager. Over the last several years I have been actively partnering the commercial teams on M&A and post-M&A management of our diverse investee companies operating in the F&B, manufacturing, education, infrastructure, energy, banking sectors from a finance angle. I also have tech orientation resulting in heavy involvement in digitization efforts and systems implementation projects. When not working, I'm either karting or thinking about some form of motorsport. I equally enjoy trekking and hikes - I'm a sucker for nature and views!
