About Khom Chhetri

I’m a frontend software engineer who loves turning complex ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces. My focus is on React and modern JavaScript, but I also bring experience across the MERN stack, giving me a strong grasp of how frontend and backend fit together. At Melshams, I’ve been leading much of the frontend development for Caswise.ai, one of the company’s flagship products. I’ve built and optimized user-facing features, ensured accessibility through ARIA standards, and worked closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver a polished, high-performance application. This hands-on role has sharpened my skills in performance optimization, API integration, and progressive web applications. Before that, at Masovison Technology and Codse, I contributed to React-based projects, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging processes, always pushing for code quality and smooth user experiences. My background also includes working with Lighthouse testing for performance, pair programming, and code reviews practices that keep teams efficient and products reliable. What drives me is solving problems that directly improve the user’s experience. Whether that’s optimizing load times, fixing tricky bugs, or shipping features that feel effortless to use, I take pride in writing code that makes a difference.
