About Khotso Sekete

I am a commercially focused Sales and Regional Operations Manager with strong experience in indirect channel sales, route-to-market execution, distributor-led environments and field sales leadership. My experience has been built in highly competitive FMCG markets, where success depends on disciplined execution, customer relationships, outlet growth, pricing compliance, product availability, promotional delivery and strong team performance.I currently lead a large regional sales structure across Gauteng South, managing sales representatives and merchandisers across main market, formal off-trade and on-trade channels. My strength is converting commercial strategy into clear field action, using data, coaching, stakeholder management and performance governance to improve execution and deliver results.I am currently completing a BCom in Project Management, which strengthens my ability to manage complex commercial projects, align stakeholders, track performance and execute structured growth plans.
