About Khrissy R.

Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I'm Khrissy, the CEO of "it's NUTSHELL", where we are on a mission to revolutionize the way talents are discovered and celebrated. Born and raised in Ohio, I started my career in sports journalism, working for a local news organization in Cleveland. This experience taught me the power of storytelling and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. It was during countless interviews that I realized the true potential of individuals lies in their unique skills and experiences beyond formal education. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and founded "it's NUTSHELL, Inc.", driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to shine based on their talents. Our innovative app focuses on skill-based resumes, empowering job seekers to showcase their true abilities to potential employers. Together, we're leveling the playing field and creating opportunities for individuals from all walks of life. At "it's NUTSHELL", we foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and growth. Our talented team shares the same passion for transforming the job market and making a positive impact in people's lives. Together, we're on a journey to redefine how talents are recognized and valued. Outside of work, I'm an avid supporter of local sports teams and a curious explorer of the vibrant communities in Ohio. I believe in giving back to the community that has shaped me and actively contribute to causes promoting education and empowerment. Join me on this exciting journey as we empower talents and celebrate the diversity that makes us all unique. Let's connect, collaborate, and make a difference together! Feel free to reach out for opportunities or to chat about the transformative power of skills. I'm always open to meaningful conversations!
