I hold a degree in Engineering, and I possess a flexible and adaptable nature, which enabled me to take on diverse roles during my studies (such as babysitting, waitressing, etc.). These experiences fostered my independence from an early stage. I work as a RAMS Engineer at Leonardo Spa, specifically in the Electronics division for naval defense systems, focusing on the Lionfish 30 system. With a diverse academic and professional background, I have nurtured a strong passion for integrating technical expertise with managerial abilities. I am committed to delving further into my managerial abilities as I firmly believe that this combination of technical proficiency and effective leadership is essential for navigating the intricacies of the modern professional landscape and driving impactful outcomes.
